Diksha Kandel is a highly respected legal professional and academic, serving as the Head of Faculty at WhiteHouse College of Law (HWCL), where she is also a member of the founding team. She brings to the institution a deep commitment to academic excellence and a passion for shaping the next generation of legal minds. 

Diksha is a Partner at Vidhi Legal Concern, a prominent law firm known for its expertise in corporate and commercial legal matters. Her core areas of specialization include foreign investment laws, corporate law and structuring, hydropower laws, public procurement, and tax law. She regularly advises domestic and international clients on high-value transactions and regulatory compliance. 

In addition to her legal practice, Diksha has a strong background in legal education. She has taught law to ACCA students at The British College, where she was commended for her ability to make complex legal topics accessible and practical. 

At HWCL, Diksha leads the academic team with a vision to integrate rigorous legal theory with hands-on, practice-based learning. Her combined experience as a practitioner, educator, and institutional leader uniquely positions her to guide the academic direction of the college and mentor future leaders in law.
