Shiva Sharma Paudel is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in engineering, management, and public administration. He has worked in both national and international settings, delivering results in infrastructure development, institutional leadership, and sustainable growth.

His academic credentials include an M.Phil. in Public Administration, an MBA from ESAMI (Tanzania), and a B.E. in Civil Engineering from Tribhuvan University. He has also earned several professional certifications in project management, risk assessment, and sustainability.

For his academic achievements, he received the prestigious Nepal Bidhya Bhushan “Kha”—a national award presented by the President of Nepal.

Shiva has held key roles in international organizations, including United Nations Peacekeeping Missions. He contributed to legal and administrative operations at the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR) and later at the Mechanism for International Criminal Tribunals (MICT). He also worked with the World Bank Group, managing complex projects that required budget oversight, team coordination, and compliance with international standards.

In Nepal, he plays an active role in academia. He serves as Managing Director and faculty member at Himalayan Whitehouse International College, a part of the White House College of Management and Technology (WHCMT) group. Previously, he held leadership roles at the National Institute of Engineering and Technology (NIET) and Himalayan Whitehouse College of Law (HWCL). His work at HWCL focuses on promoting critical thinking, practical skills, and student success.
