Dip Mala Chapagain serves as Section Officer at the Supreme Court of Nepal, with prior experience as Bench Officer at Janakpur High Court. Apart from her roles of legal research and judgement-drafting as the Officer of Court, she has also involved in study committees formed to review draft bills prepared by the Law Ministry, as well as in facilitation of in-service training for First Class Non-Gazetted Officers. She holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy and has authored few papers in areas of law and International Relations. Her works demonstrate strong orientation towards academic inquiry as well as policy and institutional review.
